How do I request a quote?
Simply get in touch from out Contact Page with your destination, dates and travel preferences. I’ll search multiple tour operators to find the best options for you and send everything over clearly and quickly.

How long does it take to receive my quote?
Most quotes are sent on the same day. If your holiday is more complex (multi-centre, cruise, tailor-made, or long haul), it may take slightly longer — but I’ll always keep you updated.

Do you charge any fees?
No. My service is completely free for you to use. I’m paid by the tour operators when you choose to book — so you get expert help at no extra cost.

Can you beat or match online prices?
Often, yes. Because I check and compare multiple suppliers including Trade Only Suppliers, I can frequently match or beat the price you’ve found online — and I also ensure you’re getting the correct room type, luggage, transfers and extras.

Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes, most holidays require a deposit. The remaining balance is usually due 14 weeks before travel, but I’ll confirm the exact details during the booking process.

Do you offer payment plans?
There are no formal payment plans, but you can pay as much as you want, whenever you want, toward your holiday — as long as the full balance is paid by the final due date.

How do I pay for my holiday?
You’ll receive a secure payment link. Payments are made safely and directly and your money is held in a fully protected trust account.

Can I make changes to my booking?
In most cases, yes. Amendments depend on the tour operator’s terms, but I’ll help you every step of the way and advise you of any fees before anything is changed.

What documents will I receive after booking?
You’ll receive a full booking confirmation, payment receipts, and any relevant travel documents such as ATOL certificates, flight details, hotel vouchers and more — all sent directly to your email.

Will you help me before and after I travel?
Absolutely. I’ll look after everything from your initial quote to your return home. If anything changes or you have a problem while travelling, you can contact me and I will handle it for you.

Do you have ATOL & ABTA Protection?
Yes we are ABTA members and many of the flight and flight-inclusive holidays we book are financially protected by the ATOL scheme, but ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services. Click here to find out more.

Do I pay more by booking through you?
No. I get paid from the tour operator, not you, so you get a personalised service and ongoing support for the same or cheaper than you get online.

Can you book flights, hotels and transfers separately?
Yes. Whether you want a full package holiday, flights only, accommodation only, or a tailor-made trip, I can arrange it for you.

Can you book group holidays?
Yes. I can arrange group bookings for families, weddings, celebrations, sports trips, large parties and more.
